• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for spa services via phone, email, or in person.
• Answer inquiries about spa services, packages, and products, providing accurate information and recommendations.
• Process payments and handle cash register duties efficiently.
• Maintain accurate client records and update appointment scheduling systems.
• Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Provide guests with necessary forms, such as consent or intake forms, and ensure proper paperwork is completed.
• Promote and upsell spa products and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Handle client concerns and complaints in a professional manner, escalating issues as needed.
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
