Job Description
Job Summary:& We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing and Sales Executive/ Asst. Manager to join our team, focusing on driving sales and brand awareness for our line of plastic bags. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, sales strategies, and a keen understanding of market trends in packaging and plastic products. This individual will play a key role in promoting our products, expanding our customer base, and ensuring sustained business growth.&

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy Development:
    • Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and strategies to increase brand visibility and awareness.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
    • Assist in creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, email, and online advertisements.
  2. Content Creation and Campaign Management:
    • Work with the marketing team to create engaging content (e.g., blog posts, social media updates, newsletters) that attracts and engages the target audience.
    • Help manage online campaigns, tracking metrics such as leads, clicks, and conversions, and making necessary adjustments for improvement.
    • Assist in the creation of promotional materials like brochures, product descriptions, and advertisements for print and digital media.
  3. Branding and Positioning:
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and campaigns.
    • Support brand positioning efforts, ensuring that the company s image aligns with customer expectations and market demand.
    • Develop and maintain marketing collateral that supports brand initiatives.
  4. Event Planning and Coordination:
    • Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events, trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
    • Help manage marketing activities related to events, including logistics, invitations, and follow-up with attendees.

Sales Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
    • Identify potential leads through research, networking, cold calling, and attending events.
    • Qualify leads and establish contact with prospective clients to generate sales opportunities.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
    • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sales support.
    • Follow up with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and to drive repeat business.
  3. Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
    • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products or services to potential clients.
    • Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients. <
