Job Description
We are opening for salesman in our Chair manufacturing and import company. We expect the employee to have experience in the field and convert the leads. He/She should bring in sales and in exchange salary with incentives will be rewarded.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify potential customers (B2B and B2C) through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Generate leads for chair products by researching the target market and understanding customer needs.
    • Attend trade shows, business expos, and other industry-related events to generate leads and promote the company s products.
  2. Client Meetings and Product Demonstrations:
    • Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients to present the company s chair products and solutions.
    • Provide product demonstrations and explain the features, benefits, and advantages of the company s chairs, including the material, design, and comfort.
    • Tailor product presentations to meet the specific needs of clients (e.g., ergonomic office chairs, luxury lounge chairs for hotels, etc.).
  3. Sales and Negotiation:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering personalized attention and understanding their requirements.
    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery conditions to close sales while ensuring the company s profitability.
    • Handle objections from customers and find solutions that benefit both the company and the client.
  4. Achieving Sales Targets:
    • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by converting leads into actual sales.
    • Track sales activities, follow up with leads, and maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to closed deal.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction while ensuring that the company s products are promoted effectively.
  5. Market and Product Knowledge:
    • Stay up to date with the latest trends in the furniture industry, particularly with respect to chairs and related products.
    • Understand the company 's product range (both locally manufactured and imported chairs) and the materials used (e.g., wood, metal, fabric, leather) to effectively pitch products to potential customers.
    • Be aware of competitors ' products, pricing, and market offerings to position the company s chairs as the best option for customers.
  6. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Provide excellent post-sale support, ensuring customers are satisfied with their purchases and handling any issues or concerns that arise.
    • Follow up with existing clients to maintain long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
    • Address customer inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, delivery schedules, and warranty information.
  7. Sales Reporting and Administration:
    • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product orders in CRM or sales management software.
    • Provide weekly or monthly reports to management regarding sales performance, pipeline status, and feedback from clients.
