Job Description
We are seeking an experienced sales manager for our clients company.

  • Key Responsibilities

    1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
      • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
      • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
      • Set clear sales targets for the team and monitor progress toward achieving them.
      • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and discount structures to enhance sales.
    2. Team Leadership and Management:
      • Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to improve their performance and meet sales goals.
      • Conduct regular team meetings, provide training, and develop team members ' skills.
      • Assign sales territories and accounts to team members to maximize coverage and efficiency.
      • Evaluate individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
    3. Client Relationship Management:
      • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
      • Work with the customer service and account management teams to resolve issues and address client concerns promptly.
      • Meet with clients in person or via phone and email to understand their needs, negotiate deals, and close sales.
      • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer value.
    4. Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
      • Prepare and maintain regular sales forecasts, tracking performance against targets.
      • Generate detailed sales reports to provide insights into the team 's performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
      • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for growth.
      • Present sales performance reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
    5. Collaboration with Other Departments:
      • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales strategies.
      • Provide feedback to the marketing team regarding customer preferences, product features, and market trends.
      • Collaborate with the product development team to help tailor offerings based on customer needs and feedback.
    6. Sales Process Improvement:
      • Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time, and close deals faster.
      • Implement sales tools, CRM systems, and best practices to streamline operations and track progress.
      • Ensure the team follows established sales processes and adheres to company policies and guidelines.
    7. Recruitment and Onboarding:
      • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new sales team membe
