Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive female candidate to join our team as a Sales and Customer Engagement Executive.&

The role involves:
Sending emails and responding to inquiries professionally.
Contacting potential buyers and generating leads.
Following up with leads to convert them into customers.
& Handling communication with domestic and international clients.
Requirements:
Good communication and email writing skills.
Ability to generate and follow up on leads.
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or lead generation is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Generation and Conversion:
    • Promote and sell products or services to new and existing customers through direct interactions, both in-person and via phone, email, or online.
    • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and offer tailored solutions based on customer needs.
    • Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a smooth transition and conversion from prospect to customer.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
  2. Customer Engagement:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
    • Engage with customers through various channels (phone, email, social media, in-person) to provide personalized experiences and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sale issues or concerns.
  3. Customer Service and Support:
    • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing questions, concerns, and resolving issues promptly.
    • Provide exceptional customer support, handling complaints or dissatisfaction professionally and efficiently.
    • Manage the order process and follow up to ensure timely delivery, installation, or fulfillment of services.
    • Offer after-sales support to ensure the customer experience is seamless and clients remain satisfied with their purchases.
  4. Product Knowledge and Advisory:
    • Stay updated with the latest product information, features, and industry trends.
    • Advise customers on the best products or services that meet their specific needs.
    • Provide accurate and detailed product information to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  5. Upselling and Cross-selling:
    • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to enhance the customer s purchase experience.
    • Promote value-added services and special offers based on customer preferences or requirements.
    • Customize solutions and bundles to meet the unique needs of each customer.
  6. Customer Feedback and Improvement:
    • Actively seek and collect customer feedback through surveys, direct interactions, or other means to assess satisfaction levels.
