Job Description
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company 's products or services to potential customers in a specified geographical area.& You will work independently to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure customer satisfaction to meet sales targets.&
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
    • Identify and generate new business opportunities by prospecting new clients and approaching potential customers in assigned areas or territories.
    • Research and target potential leads by gathering information on prospective businesses, their needs, and challenges.
    • Use a variety of methods, including cold calls, networking, referrals, and market research, to generate leads.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers, acting as a primary point of contact.
    • Schedule regular visits to customers to maintain rapport, understand their needs, and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
    • Address customer inquiries and provide timely solutions to any concerns or issues.
  3. Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations:
    • Present and demonstrate the company s products and services to clients in person, effectively conveying product benefits and value propositions.
    • Tailor presentations to the specific needs and requirements of each client to maximize interest and close sales.
    • Provide accurate and detailed information on product features, pricing, and terms of sale.
  4. Sales Target Achievement:
    • Meet or exceed set sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), ensuring business growth within your designated region.
    • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives for the assigned territory.
    • Track progress against sales targets and adjust strategies as needed to meet sales quotas.
  5. Negotiation and Closing Deals:
    • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with potential customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Close deals by finalizing contracts and completing the sale process.
    • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and handle any additional queries or concerns.
  6. Market and Competitor Analysis:
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the assigned region to stay ahead of market developments.
    • Gather feedback from clients and potential customers to improve sales strategies and identify market demands.
    • Identify opportunities to position the company s products and services against competitors effectively.
  7. Reporting and Administrative Duties:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client meetings, and customer interactions using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
