Key Requirements:
Languages: Must be fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
Experience: 0-1 year in real estate, insurance, banking, or a related sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, Excel, and basic computer applications.
