Job Description

Profile - Sales Associate
Salary - 5-7lpa
Exp - 1-3 years
Location - Thane
Key Responsibilities:
& Engage with prospective clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their needs.
Present and demonstrate company products/services effectively to clients.
& Manage and grow a portfolio& of assigned accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
& Track sales activities and update CRM systems regularly.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure& smooth execution of client deliverables.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
& 1-3 years of experience in sales or client-facing roles.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
Key Performance Indicators:
& Revenue generated through new and existing clients.
Client retention and satisfaction scores.
Number of deals closed and pipeline management efficiency.

Skills:

Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide a positive shopping experience and engage with customers.
Sales Skills: Ability to understand customer needs and effectively recommend products, upsell, and meet sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with the products sold and the ability to explain features and benefits to customers.
Basic Math Skills: Ability to handle transactions, process payments, and give change accurately.
Organization: Ability to keep the sales floor organized, manage inventory, and ensure product availability.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle customer complaints or issues professionally and find solutions that satisfy both the customer and the company.
