In this leadership role, you 'll be responsible for motivating and developing a Sales Team representatives dedicated to generating qualified leads and nurturing potential customers. You 'll play a key role in driving sales success through effective coaching, strategic planning, and process improvement. & Responsibilities : & & & & & & & & & & Lead and empower a team of Property Sales/ Team Leaders to achieve and exceed lead generation and qualification goals. & & & & & & & & & & Develop and implement strategies to identify and target high-value prospects. & & & & & & & & & & Coach and mentor team members through individual training sessions, performance feedback, and ongoing guidance. & & & & & & & & & & Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and lead quality. & & & & & & & & & & Identify areas for improvement in Sales Team processes and implement changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. & & & & & & & & & & Provide support to Sales Team/ representatives by handling complex inquiries and qualifying leads. & & & & & & & & & & Manage team schedules, leaves of absence, and performance reviews. & & & & & & & & & & Foster a positive and results-oriented work environment for the team. & & & & & & & & & & Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and competitor offerings to effectively train and guide the team. & & & & & & & & & & Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads. & & & & & & & & & & Generate reports on team performance and lead generation activities.&
