Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Executive Intern who possesses good communication skills, a strong professional presence, and a passion for sales and business development. If you thrive in a dynamic work environment and are eager to learn, we d love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
    • Assist in identifying potential leads through online research, social media, and other resources.
    • Help build a database of prospective clients by adding contact information and company details to the CRM system.
    • Make cold calls or send emails to potential clients under the guidance of senior BDEs.
    • Qualify leads by gathering key information about the prospect s needs and pain points.
  2. Market Research:
    • Conduct research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
    • Compile and analyze market data to assist in identifying new business opportunities and sales strategies.
    • Support the team in evaluating and segmenting target markets.
  3. Sales Support:
    • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and product demos for potential clients.
    • Help coordinate and follow up with leads and prospects to schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
    • Prepare and update sales collateral (brochures, case studies, presentations, etc.) for client interactions.
  4. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Maintain regular communication with potential clients through emails, calls, and social media channels.
    • Support in managing relationships with existing clients by assisting with follow-ups and resolving basic queries.
    • Ensure timely and accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  5. Assist in Preparing Sales Reports:
    • Help the team in compiling weekly/monthly sales reports to track performance and outcomes.
    • Gather data on sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions to assist in reporting and analysis.
    • Provide insights and suggestions for improving sales strategies based on findings.
  6. Collaborate with Marketing Team:
    • Work closely with the marketing department to align business development strategies with ongoing campaigns.
    • Assist in running email campaigns, creating content, and supporting digital marketing efforts.
    • Help in organizing and attending events or webinars aimed at lead generation.
  7. Training and Skill Development:
    • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to learn about the business development process and sales techniques.
    • Gain practical knowledge of CRM software, sales tools, and business development strategies.
    • Continuously improve product knowledge to assist in client interactions effectively.
