Job Description
Contacting clients in regarding their Online appearance and business boosting.
Good Command over English.
Develop and Maintain proper interaction and reputation with the clients
Understand the business needs of the Clients
Convince the clients and make them to invest on new Projects with the organization
Outbound Voice process
B2B Sales Process
Experience- 1 to 3 years required in& web selling campaign.
Salary hike on last drawn salary
Shift: Night: 8pm to 5am Morning: 7am to 4pm

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Conduct outbound calls to potential business clients to generate leads for web-related services such as website development, e-commerce solutions, SEO, digital marketing, etc.
    • Identify business opportunities by researching companies that could benefit from your web services.
    • Qualify leads and gather information about the client s needs, budget, and project requirements.
    • Develop a strong understanding of potential client industries, offering tailored solutions for their business needs.
  2. Sales Pitch & Client Interaction:
    • Engage in outbound sales calls, providing information about the company s web services, highlighting benefits, and discussing specific solutions for each business.
    • Deliver compelling and persuasive sales presentations, demonstrating the value of the company s services and how they can meet clients needs.
    • Address client concerns and provide solutions to overcome objections, building trust and rapport.
    • Follow up with prospects to maintain communication and drive potential business deals to closure.
  3. Understanding Client Requirements:
    • Work closely with potential clients to understand their business needs, goals, and objectives to present the best possible solution.
    • Analyze the client 's business challenges and recommend suitable web solutions, such as custom websites, SEO services, digital marketing campaigns, etc.
    • Gather and document detailed project requirements to ensure accurate proposals.
  4. Negotiation & Closing Sales:
    • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with potential clients, ensuring both parties are satisfied with the deal.
    • Close deals by securing contracts for web services, while achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets.
    • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure the smooth transition of projects once the sale is finalized.
  5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
    • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, sales activities, and outcomes in CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
    • Ensure timely follow-up with leads and prospects, tracking sales pipeline and ensuring clients inquiries are promptly addressed.
    • Regularly update CRM with current lead status and communication history to keep the sales process organized.
  6. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
    • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors ' offerings to effectively position your company 's services against them.
    • Continuously analyze customer needs and feedback to help refine sales strategies and service offerings.
