Assistant Branch Manager

Duties:

Key Responsibilities

1 Branch Operations & Compliance

Supervise day-to-day branch operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations (RBI, KYC, AML, etc.) and internal policies.
Oversee cash management, account opening processes, and banking transactions .
Conduct audits and risk management to maintain security and accuracy.

2 Sales & Business Development

Assist in achieving branch sales targets for banking products (loans, deposits, insurance, etc.).
Build strong customer relationships to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
Develop strategies for new customer acquisition and cross-selling financial products .
Collaborate with the marketing team to run local promotional campaigns .

3 Team Leadership & Staff Supervision

Train, mentor, and supervise branch employees to improve performance.
Monitor and analyze team KPIs, service quality, and productivity .
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss targets, challenges, and solutions.

4 Customer Service & Relationship Management

Resolve customer complaints and service issues effectively.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality .
Implement initiatives to enhance digital banking adoption and customer experience .
