Required Accountant Admin - Chennai

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant Admin to manage financial transactions, bookkeeping, and office administration. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting software, financial reporting, and general office management .

Key Responsibilities

1 Accounting & Financial Management

Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping & ledger accounts .
Prepare invoices, receipts, and financial statements .
Process accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliations .
Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, etc.) .

2 Payroll & Expense Management

Process employee salaries, PF, ESI, and tax deductions .
Maintain petty cash & office expenses .
Monitor and control budget allocations & financial planning .

3 Administrative Support & Office Management

Handle office correspondence, documentation, and filing .
Maintain employee records & assist in HR-related activities .
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

4 Compliance & Reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial reports .
Assist in audits and financial forecasting .
Maintain company records, licenses, and statutory documents .
