Required Accounts Executive - Chandigarh

Key Responsibilities

Maintain daily accounting records and ledgers in Tally ERP.
Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow .
Assist in GST, TDS, and other tax-related filings .
Prepare financial statements and reports for management.
Maintain vendor and customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and collections .
Assist in auditing processes and compliance checks .

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or any relevant degree.
Experience: 1-3 years in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance .
Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software .
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation laws .
  Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities .
• Good communication and organizational skills .
• High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines .
