Position: Country Head - Sales
Location: Remote (Global)
Nature of Role: Full Time/Part Time, Foundational Team
Compensation: Equity-based or sales commission-based (until profitability), followed by sizeable remuneration post-profitability

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Country Head - Sales to lead our sales strategy, drive client acquisition, and spearhead revenue growth. Your ability to build relationships, create market awareness, and close strategic deals will be critical to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
a) Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement go-to-market plans.
b) Client Acquisition & Partnerships Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
c) Lead Generation & Deal Closure Identify, qualify, and convert leads into long-term clients.
d) Market Research & Competitive Analysis Stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
e) Revenue Growth & Forecasting Provide accurate projections and drive sales targets.
f) Brand Representation Establish thought leadership in AI-driven customer support.
Qualification & Attributes:
a) 2 to 15 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in AI, SaaS, or tech).
b) Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.
c) Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for scaling businesses.
d) Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
e) Strategic thinker with the ability to execute in a dynamic environment.
f) Existing network in AI/SaaS (preferred but not required)
