As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and skilled Marketing Communications Manager to join our team and take ownership of our brand communication across key marketing channels.Role OverviewAs a Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing compelling, on-brand messaging that engages our audience and drives conversions. You will oversee copywriting across multiple digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency in tone, clarity, and effectiveness. The ideal candidate is a strong writer with experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce and a deep understanding of how words can drive action.Key Responsibilities1. Copywriting & Content Strategy:- Develop and refine copy for key marketing channels, including:- Emails - Promotional, transactional, and lifecycle campaigns.- Meta & Google Ads - Ad creatives with a strong conversion focus.- Onsite Marketing - Banners, landing pages, and product promotions.- Push Notifications & WhatsApp - Short, compelling messages to engage customers.- Ensure all communication is clear, concise, and aligned with the brand voice.- Test and optimize messaging based on performance data.2. Brand Messaging & Consistency:- Maintain a consistent tone of voice across all marketing touchpoints.- Develop messaging guidelines to ensure alignment across teams.- Collaborate with designers, performance marketers, and product teams to create engaging content.3.
