To lead and inspire a group of insurance sales representatives to meet sales goals, we are seeking a Sales Specialist. Responsibilities :- Develop a group of insurance advisers by hiring, educating, and training them.
-Achieve business goals and boost sales performance.
-To guarantee productivity, keep an eye on and assist advisers in their work.
-Increase market penetration and improve client interaction.
-Verify adherence to business regulations and industry norms. Skills & Qualifications: - Graduation in any stream of studies. Experience: 1-5 years in Sales. Age : 21-38 Year.
-Communication & Relationship Management.
-Sales & Business Development.
