Service Manager - Gas Chromatography (6-12 Yrs) Navi Mumbai (After-Sales/Customer Service)

- Own all plans and strategies for developing service business and achieving the company s service goals- Commissioning and warranty Follow-up- Provide full visibility into the service (AMCs) and sale of spares pipeline at every stage- Finalize AMC s and ensure timely renewals- Check list for Client Service/ Satisfaction Rating- Devise innovative growth strategies and Service business expansion- Understand scope of client s requirement- Developing plans and strategies for overall growth of GC (AMC s & Sales of spares) - Identify new business opportunities with developed product- Inputs to Development team on new product as per market intelligence/ demand in market place as well as enhancement of existing product- Undertake competitor analysis and reporting- Investigate factors impacting service performance.- Visits and personal meeting with existing clients- Customer retention - Manage portfolio of existing customers- Identify their requirements- Feedback for customer satisfaction and Improvement suggestions to Management- Analyzing our brand positioning and consumer insights- Exhibition participation- Conference, Event participation & Sponsoring- Training and development of subordinates (ref:updazz.com)
