Job Description
Area Sales Manager (Dental Products)You ll be responsible for achieving sales targets, building relationships with dental professionals, and promoting and selling a range of dental products, while also managing and motivating a sales teamKey Responsibilities.:Sales Target Achievement:- Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area. Customer Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists, clinics, hospitals, and other relevant dental professionals within the area. Product Knowledge and Promotion:- Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company s dental product portfolio and effectively promote and demonstrate products to potential and existing customers. Sales Strategy and Planning:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets in the assigned area. Team Management:- Lead, motivate, and coach a sales team to achieve optimal performance and sales results. Market Analysis:- Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and propose solutions to overcome challenges. Reporting and Analysis:- Track and analyze sales data, prepare accurate reports, and provide feedback to management. Negotiation and Closing:- Negotiate and close high-value sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Training and Development:- Provide training and support to sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and territory management. Account Management:- Manage and expand the customer base by building strong professional relationships. Documentation:- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant information. Qualification And Experience:1. BSc or B. Phame & Should have min 5 Years of experience in sales in Dental Industry (Dental Implant / Dental Material / Dental Pharma / Consumables) & Team Managing Skills.2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.3. Strong leadership and team management skills.4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.5. Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans.6.
