Job Description
Territory Sales Manager (Dental Products) You ll be responsible for driving sales growth within a specific geographic area, building relationships with dental professionals, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Execution:- Implement and execute sales plans and strategies within the assigned territory to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Customer Relationship Management:- Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals (dentists, hygienists, etc.) within the territory. Product Knowledge:- Possess in-depth knowledge of the company s dental product portfolio and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to customers. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to dental professionals, highlighting key features and benefits. Lead Generation and Qualification:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory, qualifying leads and converting them into sales. Market Analysis:- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the territory. Reporting and Forecasting:- Track sales performance, provide regular reports on activities and results, and participate in forecasting activities. Training and Development:- Stay up to date on product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training and development programs. Problem Solving:- Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Travel:- Travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers and conduct business. Qualification And Experience:1. BSc or B. Phame & Should have min 1 Years of experience in sales in Dental Industry (Dental Implant / Dental Material / Dental Pharma / Consumables).2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.3. Strong leadership and team management skills.4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.5.
