Executive - Digital Marketing (2-3 Yrs) Gurgaon/Gurugram (Online/Digital Marketing)

We are looking for a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Social Media Optimization (SMO), and Google Ads. The candidate should be able to create, manage, and optimize online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.Key Responsibilities :-- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.- Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, and Shopping Ads) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.- Manage and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to increase engagement and followers.- Develop and execute content strategies for social media platforms, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO activities.- Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights.- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and best practices.- Collaborate with designers, developers, and content writers to ensure effective marketing campaigns.- Generate reports and insights on campaign performance and suggest improvements.Requirements :-- 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing.- Proven expertise in SEO, SMM, SMO, and Google Ads.- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.- Experience in running paid ad campaigns on Google and social media platforms.- Excellent communication and analytical skills.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.- Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.Preferred Qualifications :-- Certification in Google Ads, SEO, or Digital Marketing is a plus.- Experience in e-commerce, B2B, or B2C marketing is an advantage.
