End-to-end sales responsibilities with complete ownership of the process. Develop, build and grow strong presence within target accounts and establish long-term sales/ account management strategy. Build strategic relationship with key decision makers in the accounts- Middle and senior management, including CXOs.2. Responsible for lead generation, sales pipeline development client relationship management, and achieving sales targets.3. Key role in shaping go-to-market strategy and identifying business opportunities. Drive market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic planning. Developing forecasts and reporting activities to management regularly.4. Translate technical requirements into viable solutions and service offerings. Conduct trials, demos, workshops, and technical forums to showcase product capabilities.5. Negotiating the terms and conditions of orders, agreements and closing sales.Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of experience in 5G/4G/ORAN sales (Telecom).- Good understanding of Telecom 4G/5G/ networks, 4G/5G Core network, 5G Test and measurement tools.- Proven track record in handling large accounts and achieving sales targets.- Proficient in negotiation and sales techniques, Sales Process Understanding with a winning mind-set.- Ability to understand and translate technical requirements into business solutions.- Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning.
