The company s solutions cater to a variety of industries, offering features like real-time tracking, flexible pricing, and reliable delivery support across multiple cities.Job Title: Category ManagerExperience: 2-4 years Education: Bachelor s Degree or Post Graduate in any stream Locations: AhmedabadKey Responsibilities:Supply & Demand planning.- Formulating and executing strategies to ensure the targeted demand growth.- Responsibility of handling the category team.- Gather market and competitive intelligence from various sources and create actionable insights.- Improve customer wallet share through cross-selling and other strategies.- Guide the team to achieve the organizational goals.
-Manage team and ensure target delivery through the team.- Ensure Customer and partner experience is intact for the category.- Enhance the team skills toward the growth path in the organization.- Use data to analyze & identify the process gaps for the improvement of the business numbers.- Ensure smooth flow with the team and gather real-time feedback regarding the business impacts.Skills Required:- Ability to train, coach and support the team members.- Good team management skills.- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
