UAE Client Acquisition Manager

Position: UAE Client Acquisition Manager& UAE Staffing Industry Job Description: Prime Staffer is an Indo-Canada based HR and Recruitment firm is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented UAE Client Acquisition Manager to drive business growth and expand our client base in the UAE staffing industry. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong network and a proven track record of success. & Key Responsibilities: & Business Development: a. Develop and implement effective business development strategies to identify and target potential clients, including Direct Clients, IMPs, SIs, and Tier-1 Partners. b. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations. c. Conduct regular client meetings to understand their staffing needs and propose tailored solutions. d. Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure profitability and client satisfaction. & Client Acquisition: a. Actively seek out new business opportunities and close deals to meet revenue targets. b. Leverage existing relationships and network to identify and pursue new clients. c. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients. & Recruitment: a. Collaborate with recruitment teams to identify and source qualified candidates for client requirements. b. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of candidates to clients. c. Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to placement. & Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in customer acquisition or sales, preferably in overseas recruitment industry. Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Professional approach to work and client interactions. Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms. Experience with email marketing tools. & Preferred Qualifications: Experience in sales, marketing, business development, BPO, LPO, client management, client acquisition etc..
