Job Summary:

The Collection Executive - Telecaller is responsible for contacting customers to recover outstanding dues, negotiating payment plans, and maintaining positive customer relationships while ensuring timely collections. The role requires strong communication skills, persuasion techniques, and the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Debt Recovery & Customer Follow-ups:

• Contact customers via calls, emails, and messages to remind them of pending payments.
• Persuade customers to settle overdue accounts by negotiating repayment plans.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain proper records of interactions.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Address customer concerns regarding outstanding balances and provide solutions.
• Explain billing details, penalties, and legal consequences (if applicable).
• Maintain a polite and professional tone to ensure a positive customer experience .

Data Entry & Reporting:

• Update customer details, payment statuses, and call logs in the CRM or database .
• Generate daily/weekly reports on collections, pending accounts, and resolutions .
• Escalate problematic cases to the legal or senior collections team when necessary.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines for debt collection practices .
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy while handling customer data.
