Required Telesales Manager - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

1 Sales & Revenue Growth

Develop and implement telesales strategies to drive e-commerce sales .
Manage inbound and outbound sales calls , follow-ups, and closing deals.
Identify and target potential customers via phone, email, and chat .
Work with marketing teams to optimize sales funnels and conversion rates .
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets .

2 Team Leadership & Performance Management

Recruit, train, and mentor telesales executives .
Monitor team performance using KPIs and CRM tools .
Provide sales scripts, product training, and coaching for better conversions.
Conduct regular team meetings, sales reviews, and motivation sessions .

3 Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers .
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections professionally.
Improve customer retention and reduce churn by offering tailored solutions.

4 Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze sales data, conversion rates, and customer feedback to improve strategies.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team performance and revenue.
Work closely with product and marketing teams to enhance offerings.
