Key Responsibilities

1 Sales & Business Development

• Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online research .
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets .
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

2 Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports on market insights, sales performance, and customer feedback .
• Recommend pricing strategies and promotional activities based on market trends.

3 Marketing Campaign Execution

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
• Manage digital marketing activities, including social media marketing, SEO, and email campaigns .
• Collaborate with the design team to create advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials .
• Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events .

4 Customer Relationship Management

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Develop and maintain a customer database for ongoing engagement and follow-ups.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.

5 Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns .
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improving sales processes and marketing strategies .
