Key Responsibilities

1 Sales & Customer Onboarding

Present and demonstrate website/app features to potential clients.
Assist customers in setting up and customizing their accounts or services.
Provide product training, tutorials, and walkthroughs for new users.
Identify customer needs and recommend best-fit features or upgrades .

2 Customer Support & Issue Resolution

Address customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat .
Troubleshoot issues related to feature accessibility, functionality, or integrations .
Work closely with the technical team to resolve bugs or performance issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely resolutions and follow-ups .

3 Feature Optimization & User Engagement

Gather user feedback and suggest improvements for website/app features.
Track and analyze feature adoption rates and customer satisfaction .
Work with UI/UX teams to enhance usability and user experience.
Assist in A/B testing and usability research to optimize features.

4 Documentation & Reporting

Maintain knowledge base articles, FAQs, and how-to guides for customers.
Generate reports on feature usage, customer engagement, and service requests .
Share customer feedback and insights with development and marketing teams .
