Job Summary:The role involves promoting Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) to potential customers, achieving sales targets, and fostering customer relationships to grow the bank s retail portfolio.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and engage potential clients for CASA products.- Meet and exceed individual sales targets.- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships for retention and cross-selling.- Provide excellent after-sales support and handle customer queries.- Ensure compliance with all banking policies and guidelines.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor s degree, preferably in Business or Finance.- Proven experience in BFSI sales.- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.- Target-focused and customer-driven mindset.- Age 21 to 27 Required.- Local candidate Must.For more info, Call :: 9650100395.
