Position Summary: As a transportation sales manager you ll be responsible for enhancing the company s train and inland logistics, through sales strategies that enhances the company s transportation services, competitiveness and profitability in the market. This role involves analyzing market trends, increasing company s presence in the market, negotiating with transporters, and collaborating with various transporters to ensure optimal pricing solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase market share for our transportation services.- Identify and target new business opportunities through market research and networking.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on service offerings and customer needs.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.- Able to develop client base of various transporters in Delhi-NCR.Who can apply- Candidates who have worked in similar capacity, in inland logistics road & railway transport freight and have proved their mettle can apply for this job.Qualifications:- Any bachelor s degree /MBA.- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the transport division of a freight forwarding/logistics/ Supply Chain.
