Job Description
In this role, we are looking for someone who embodies the values of hunger, hustle, and humility. You will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of petroleum products, including Imported Bitumen, Light Diesel Oils, Emulsion, Furnace Oils, Etc. Your main focus will be on sales in the Infrastructure and Manufacturing Industries.Key Responsibilities :- Identify potential markets and target customers for petroleum product sales, specifically in the Infrastructure and Manufacturing Industries.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government departments such as PWD, NHAI, SH, and District Development Authority for project sales.- Utilize your strong communication and negotiation skills, coupled with your hunger to succeed, to effectively promote primary and secondary sales through consumers and traders.- Proactively engage with potential clients, establish new business partnerships, and drive sales growth with your natural hustle.- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for expanding the customer base and achieving sales targets, demonstrating your hunger for success.- Travel to various locations to meet with clients, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product solutions, showcasing your humility and customer-centric approach.- If you have previous experience in a PSU, your expertise in consumer sales (institutional sales) and your ability to lead with humility will be highly valued.Desired Skills and Qualifications :- Strong background and proven track record of success in sales, demonstrating your hunger for achievement.- Self-driven, hardworking, and capable of leading teams with humility.- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with clients, showcasing your man-to-man sales skills.- Ambitious and eager to contribute value to SMEs across the country, displaying your hunger to grow and make an impact.- Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and take a hands-on approach to achieving results, with the knack to hustle and get the job done.- Flexibility to travel and proficiency in Hindi, English, and the local language.Join our dynamic team and be part of a challenging and rewarding sales environment where hunger, hustle, and humility are valued and celebrated.
