We are looking for inside sales ManagerJob Responsibilities :- Strengthen pipeline by cold calling, emailing and arranging referrals to generate leads with C-Level executives of large private and public sector prospective clients.
-Support and help internal business development teams by outbound prospecting, follow up on leads and develop opportunities for the sales pipeline.
-Should be tech savvy and exposure to social media tools like LinkedIn would be an added advantage - Create and maintain mailing lists for newsletters to plan and execute regular newsletter campaigns.
-Drive accountability within the team to meet business development objectives.
-Execute and orchestrate gamification techniques to achieve objectives.
-Ensure compliance with sales methods and process across sales development team.
-Monitor the quality and consistency of lead processes, metrics and activities.
-Capture regular sales activities in a leading CRM tool.
-Timely reporting to provide visibility of performance to goal.
-Be data driven, self-motivated and flexible to changes and think creatively to propose solutions with a natural passion for problem solving.Qualification :- Minimum qualification of Bachelor s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering or Marketing.
