Job Description :The Key Sales Manager will oversee and drive the growth of the Agency Channel by recruiting, training, and managing a team of agents. This role involves developing sales strategies, achieving business targets, and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the agency force.Responsibilities:- Recruit and onboard new agents.- Conduct training and development programs.- Set and monitor sales targets.- Evaluate and support agent performance.- Develop and implement sales strategies.- Build strong agent relationships and address issues.- Prepare sales performance reports.Requirements:A bachelor s degree is preferred.2 years of experience in a sales role.Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.Must be a local resident.
