Job Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Product Manager to lead our Inflatable Sealing Project. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in product management, specifically in the fields of manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sealing solutions. This is a key role responsible for overseeing the development and commercialization of inflatable sealing systems for various industries, including pharma, bio-pharma, aerospace, automotive, and energy sectors. Required Qualifications: Experience : 5-10 years of product management experience, with a focus on inflatable sealing products, industrial solutions, or related manufacturing sectors. Education : Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master s degree or MBA is a plus. Pharmaceutical Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process, including regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and industry standards (e.g., GMP, FDA, ISO). Technical Expertise : Deep knowledge of inflatable sealing technologies, product design, and development processes.
