This role in involves sourcing, mentoring, and leading a team to promote life insurance policies. Success in this role is measured through client acquisition, retention, and sales performance. Key Responsibilities: - For guidance, supervision and control over the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy in respect to their life insurance business.
-Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities and drive business growth.- Implement effective sales strategies and techniques to improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
-Vicariously responsible for all the acts of omission and commission by the Agent/IM under his/her hierarchy. Job Specifications: - Graduation in any stream of studies.- 1-5 years of experience in sales and Marketing.
-The ideal age range is 21-38 years old.
