Receptionist/Front Office Role (1-8 Yrs) Delhi (After-Sales/Customer Service)

- Should be presentable (Max age 32 years)- Knowledge of EPBX System- Entry of all outgoing calls into the register on a daily basis.- Handle incoming, outgoing calls, and visitors.- Receive and send faxes (also maintain register)- Keep records of couriers in the register and distribute them to the concerned department.- Co-ordinate with editors and authors to send and collect the matter and keep records of the same in the register.
