Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive campaign plans across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.- Set campaign objectives, define target audiences, and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, creative, product, and sales teams, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of campaigns.- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes within established parameters.- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in campaign management and digital marketing.- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to senior management.Requirements:- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven 2 yr of experience in campaign management.- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.- Surat local candidates are preferable.
