Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Team Leader to lead and expand the Agency Channel in your region. You will be responsible for building and managing a team of financial advisors, driving sales, and identifying growth opportunities to achieve business objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Source, recruit, and onboard financial advisors to build a high-performing team.- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure advisors are equipped to meet sales targets and drive business growth.- Develop actionable plans and strategies to achieve sales goals within the region.- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to improve individual and team results.- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitor activities to stay ahead.- Foster strong relationships with clients, leveraging agents to close high-value sales.- Use effective motivational techniques to ensure team productivity and morale remain high.- Track and report on team performance, ensuring goals are met and business objectives are aligned with the company s vision.- Take the lead in day-to-day operations, make critical business decisions, and guide the team toward achieving targets.Experience & Qualifications:- Graduation is mandatory.- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing in any field.- 3 years experience in native or residential.- Strong ability to manage, inspire, and motivate teams to reach their full potential.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish trust with clients and agents.For more information or to apply, contact:Ayushi Lad | HR Team 91 84603 77032 (ref:updazz.com)
