Required Retail Salesman - Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Sales:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting products.
• Provide product information, recommendations, and demonstrations .
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase store revenue.

Store Operations & Inventory Management:

• Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Assist in inventory management, stock checks, and replenishments.
• Keep track of fast-moving products and suggest restocking strategies.

Billing & Cash Handling:

• Process sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems .
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
• Maintain proper billing records and issue receipts.

Store Maintenance & Visual Merchandising:

• Ensure store cleanliness and proper product placement.
• Assist in setting up promotional displays and seasonal arrangements.
• Follow store policies on pricing, discounts, and returns.
