Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive real estate marketing plans to promote properties and increase sales.
• Lead Generation & CRM: Implement lead generation campaigns through digital marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
• Social Media & Content Marketing: Manage and create engaging content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Website & SEO Optimization: Ensure the company website is updated, SEO-friendly, and optimized for lead conversion.
• Property Promotions: Organize virtual tours, open houses, and promotional events to showcase properties.
• Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Analyze real estate trends, pricing, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies.
• Advertising & Branding: Create eye-catching marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online ads.
• Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns for different property segments.
• Partnerships & Networking: Build relationships with brokers, investors, and key stakeholders to enhance brand reach.
