Required Receptionist - Chennai

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Receptionist for our clinic in Royapettah who is fluent in English and Tamil and has strong computer, billing, and administrative skills . The ideal candidate should have experience in handling medical billing, patient coordination, and front desk operations while being knowledgeable about ECG, Echo, TMT, and medicine billing .

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Patient Coordination:

• Greet and assist patients professionally at the reception.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently.
• Handle patient queries related to tests, reports, and billing.

Medical Billing & Accounting:

• Process patient bills accurately, including ECG, Echo, TMT, and medicine billing.
• Maintain and update patient records and invoices.
• Handle daily cash transactions and maintain accounts.

Administrative & Computer Tasks:

• Maintain clinic databases and update patient details in the system.
• Generate reports related to appointments, billing, and accounts.
• Assist in inventory management of medicines and supplies.

Clinic Management & Support:

• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and technicians for smooth operations.
• Ensure proper documentation of medical records and test reports.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
