Required Special Educator - Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities

• Assessment & Individualized Education Plans (IEP): Evaluate students abilities and create customized learning plans based on their needs.
• Classroom Instruction: Deliver adaptive lessons to students with learning disabilities, autism, ADHD, or other challenges.
• Behavioral & Emotional Support: Use positive reinforcement techniques to manage student behavior and foster emotional growth.
• Collaboration with Teachers & Parents: Work closely with general education teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure a supportive learning environment.
• Assistive Technology & Learning Tools: Utilize specialized tools, software, and techniques to enhance learning outcomes.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track student progress, modify IEPs as necessary, and maintain accurate records.
• Training & Workshops: Conduct workshops for parents and teachers on inclusive education and strategies to support students.
