Key Responsibilities

• Issue Resolution: Address customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
• Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain records of interactions, update databases, and ensure accuracy.
• Sales & Upselling (if applicable): Promote products/services, handle objections, and convert leads.
• Process Compliance: Follow company policies, call scripts, and quality guidelines.
• Technical Support (if applicable): Assist customers with troubleshooting product/software issues.
• Team Collaboration: Work with supervisors, trainers, and quality analysts to improve performance.
