Required Telesales Executive - Mumbai

Job Summary

The Telesales Executive will be responsible for contacting potential customers, pitching our rental services, handling inquiries, and closing deals over the phone. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets .

RESPONSIBILITIES -
To Work on Qualified Leads (in Internal Portal), received & entered by Tele-Calling Team.

Understanding Customer s Requirements in detail to arrive at Rate Quotation. Suggest suitable vehicle options that best suit their needs (Individual & Corporate Clients).

Convert Enquiries into Booking by Convincing Customers in professional Manner.

Responsible for End-to-End Service to Customers i.e. Rate Quotation, follow-up, Conversion into Booking & On-Journey Support till Trip completion.

Manage Internal Systems, Documentation & Creating Sales Reports.

Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.

Ability to handle high-volume calls and meet sales targets .

Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and MS Office .
