Job Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list.
Explain products or services, answer inquiries, and provide information to prospective clients.
Record customer details, inquiries, and feedback accurately in the database.
Follow up with potential clients via phone or email to close sales.
Address customer concerns and objections, providing appropriate solutions.
Composing technical emails and proposal documents in .doc / .xls
Qualifications:
Previous experience in tele-calling or sales is an added advantage.
Candidate should possess, excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM usage.
Academics:
High school diploma or equivalent.
