Job Description
Client Consultation and Support:
Provide guidance to clients on immigration programs, visa requirements, and other services offered by the organization.
Assist clients in choosing the best immigration program suited to their needs and qualifications.
Address any queries from clients regarding the immigration process and related procedures.
Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:
Identify potential clients through various channels such as calls, emails, online platforms, and referrals.
Convert leads into actual clients by providing them with information, answering questions, and assisting in the enrollment process.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring they receive regular updates and support throughout their application process.
Handling Documentation:
Help clients gather, organize, and review necessary documentation for their immigration applications.
Ensure that all required documents are submitted on time, are accurate, and comply with immigration regulations.
Assist clients in preparing their applications and provide instructions regarding visa interviews, medical checks, or other necessary steps.
Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Management:
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they are fully satisfied with the services provided.
Regularly follow up with clients to keep them informed about the progress of their applications and assist with any additional queries.
Resolve any issues or concerns that clients may have during the immigration process.
Providing Updates and Information:
Keep clients informed about any changes in immigration policies, visa processing times, or new opportunities.
Send regular updates and follow-up reminders to clients on their application status and required next steps.
Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution:
Address any challenges clients face during their immigration process and offer appropriate solutions.
Provide support in case of any delays or complications in the visa process, working closely with the legal or processing team.
Administrative Tasks and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, follow-ups, and application statuses in the organization s CRM system.
Prepare reports on client engagement, feedback, and any conversion statistics for internal use and management review.
Collaboration with Other Departments:
Work closely with legal, processing, and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Ensure that the client 's experience is consistent and cohesive, regardless of which department they interact with.
