Report To: Head Research & StrategyKey Responsibilities:- Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the K-12 education sector, considering market trends and customer needs.- Product Promotion: Create and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and social media, to promote products.- Content Development: Collaborate with teams and contribute to produce content for sales collaterals, brochures, videos, blogs, and whitepapers for K-12 educators and management.- Website and Chatbot Optimisation: Enhance user experience and lead generation by continuously improving website and chatbot functionalities.- Lead Generation: Implement strategies to capture leads, optimize landing pages, and monitor conversion rates.- Event Marketing: Plan and execute educational events to showcase the products and engage with K-12 stakeholders.- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Define and monitor metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, brand awareness, ROI, and website engagement.- Data Analytics: Utilize analytics tools to assess marketing effectiveness and inform data- driven decisions.- PR strategies: Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.- Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity to maintain and enhance the company s brand image.- Budget Management: Allocate resources effectively to initiatives that deliver the highest ROI.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.- Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to engage existing customers, gather feedback, and promote loyalty.- Team Leadership: Mentor the marketing team, set objectives, and foster a collaborative work environment.
