Required Telemarketer - Mumbai

Candidate needs to have prior experience in outbound tele sales. They will be provided with the database where they have to make calls to get leads. Candidate needs to be fluent in English and Hindi compulsorily. Need to be trained in phone etiquettes and generation of leads. Product training will be given.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling & Lead Generation:

• Make cold calls and follow-up calls to potential customers.
• Explain product or service offerings in a clear and engaging manner .
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs .

Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:

• Build rapport with customers and answer inquiries about products/services.
• Address customer objections and offer solutions to increase conversion rates.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales .

Sales & Target Achievement:

• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets .
• Maintain an accurate record of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM.
• Work closely with the sales team to align strategies and improve results .
