Required Site Supervisor - Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure work is completed on time.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and laborers to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure quality control by monitoring materials and workmanship.

• Maintain site records, progress reports, and work schedules .
• Provide regular updates to the project manager or senior management .
• Handle on-site problem-solving and address any project challenges.

• Ensure all safety guidelines and regulations are followed at the site.
• Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks for workers.
• Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) .

• Supervise and assign tasks to workers, subcontractors, and suppliers .
• Act as a liaison between management and on-site teams .
• Address and resolve site conflicts or workforce issues .
