Required HR Executive - Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment , from sourcing to onboarding.
• Screen and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for the organization.
• Conduct employee orientation and induction programs .

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives .
• Address employee concerns, resolve grievances, and foster a positive work environment.
• Monitor employee performance and coordinate performance appraisals.

• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and attendance systems .
• Handle payroll processing, leaves, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
• Develop and implement HR policies in line with labor laws and company regulations .

• Identify training needs and coordinate employee learning and development programs .
• Conduct periodic training sessions to enhance employee productivity.
